2. Intellectual Property & AI Generation Sovereignty

All algorithms, localized routing schemas within functions.php, and custom instructional prompts interacting with the gemini-3.1-flash-lite endpoint remain the exclusive property of the developer. Educational analytics and reports generated for student monitoring belong to the subscribing educational institution under FERPA statutes.
